PROBLEM

In 2022 BibleProject had a problem—their YouTube was declining for the first time in their history. The cause? They weren’t publishing enough content and they weren’t optimizing the content.
SOLUTION
—
We created a brand new content strategy, going from publishing 4 videos a year to publishing 12 videos a year — and creating more targeted content. Then, we started to A/B test our thumbnails, titles, and descriptions. The results: we reversed the negative trend.
And, I spearheaded implementing our creative operations to move from a just-in-time delivery to a 6-8 week padding. My role was leading the planning of all media, scoping the work, resource allocation for all videos, creating the budgets, and creative operations.
